Zhade Integration Documentation
Overview
Zhade Integration for Jira & Google Chat brings Jira issues directly into Google Chat spaces where product, engineering, support, and other teams already collaborate. The app surfaces ticket context inside Google Chat, keeps thread discussions synced with Jira updates, and lets teammates take quick actions like creating issues, logging work, or sharing live snapshots without leaving the conversation.
Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, the integration fits naturally into daily team workflows while offering a rich set of features for more advanced use cases. By mirroring activity in both tools, Zhade helps teams maintain a single source of truth in Jira without adding friction to everyday communication.
Zhade Integration for Jira & Google Chat works only with Google Workspace accounts and can be used in both Google Chat spaces and direct messages within an organization.
Personal Google accounts (@gmail.com) are not supported.
